Elements of Happiness Bracelet

A 925 Silver bracelet in the form of a circular frame in the middle of two chains engraved with the word “happiness” , at the end of which are lobes of pearls. The words “health” and “Cover” hang from both sides of the frame. The bracelet ends with toggle clasp and 5 natural pearls hang from it together with the word "cover".
